ISCMNS 2^nd Annual General Meeting Minutes

Chair:  ISCMNS Hon. President:  Prof. Akito Takahashi

The second Annual General Meeting of the Society was held during ICCF12 at 17:30 on Monday 28 November 2005 in the Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel, Yokohama, Japan.

      a)     The Hon. President called  the meeting to order and invited non members to observe.

b)     The Hon. President  verified that a quorum of well over 15 members was present by asking members to raise their hands.

c)     The Hon. Secretary presented his report.

d)     Scott Chubb, Vittorio Violante, and Bill Collis were proposed as candidates for the Executive Committee to continue office in 2007.

e)     The proposal that the  Accounts already published be treated as having been  received was passed.

f)       The proposal that the  Minutes of first AGM already published be treated as having been  received was passed.

g)     Ludwik Kowalski to made his report, entitled, "On using the Internet to discuss our CMNS issues"
